TERMS & CONDITION

1-CONTRACT OF SALE - Prices are subject to change, availability, & type errors. Price lists specials and quotations, processing conformations are not an offer for sale. No contract for sale will exist until the purchaser has issued a purchase order and accepted. All such contracts must be on the terms and conditions of sale as specified on the Invoice and acceptance of any offer is expressly made conditional on the buyer's assent to only the terms and conditions.

2- RETURNS- On custom orders there is NO returns or exchanges, once an order has been placed with the manufacturer.
For stock items there is a 25% restocking fee. The shipping cost will be deduct from the total. The customer is responsible for the crating, packaging, palletized, shipping and insurance for any return item.

3- CONDITION OF THE PARTS - 

-A) New old stock or new reproduction.

-B) Used, Clean, serviced and tested from our technicians. in good to excellent working order. May have slight exterior imperfection.

4- PAYMENTS- Check or money order. Should the customer send Us a hard copy check, this will place a substantial delay on your order. We do not ship any product, merchandise or parts until any check has been presented to Us and clears in our bank. Once We have notification the check has cleared n then the order will be processed and shipped. with paypal or credit card by the phone or thru the shopping cart the item/s will be shipped without delay. Paypal user,  We communicate the email address with the confirmation invoice. All orders over $1,500.00 must be paid with wire transfer.

5- INTERNATIONAL PAYMENTS- Absolutely no checks or money order ! paypal only. For orders over $3,000.00 must be paid with wire transfer.

6 - SHIPPING- We ship world wide except in country where are restrict commerce with the USA. In the continental USA the shipping of parts, decals or small machines are made with USPS, UPS or FEDEX, We use the most economical shipping company. The shipping is free only when indicate, otherwise the price doesn't include the shipping. In any case international buyers contact Us for shipping quote before place the order. On new reproduction parts the shipping can be up to 3 weeks

7- PACKAGING All products are well professional packaged. for large parts or large quantity, we use different freight company, the product is  professional packaged and strap on pallet, on all quotation we give, add $100 per shipment of a lift gate at the delivery if needed. For custom size and custom order of furniture, the customer is responsible of the cost of the crating.

8- WARRANTY - The warranty for all new parts are 180 days limited parts warranty, which not include a recharge of the compressor (seal unit). For used parts 90 days limited parts warranty. If on the item description the warranty is different of the above we consider the warranty in the description the the one follow the item. 

-The warranty doesn't include shipping, delivery and labor. 

-We send a replacement part after we receive the defected part to our facility. 

-The warranty is voided in case of wrong use (other of the item is made for), negligence, vandalism, act of God.

DISCLAIM

1 -  Our terms & condition replace all other warranties of merchantability for fitness for particular purpose. We disclaim and exclude all other warranties. In no event will our liability of any kind including a special, incidental or consequential damages, including lost of profits, even if We have knowledge of potential loss or damage. We will not be liable for the loss or damage caused by delay in furnishing the products or any of the performance under this agreement. Our entire liability and your exclusive remedies for our liability of any kind (including liability for negligence included liability for personal injury caused solely by our negligence).

2- GRAPHIC AND IMAGES - Under most circumstances you may use our graphics and images if:
 1) You ask Our permission
 2) It’s not for commercial use (excluding media, music, art or publication use)
 3) You must place a credit to SodaParts.net a division of USA Machines R us, directly on Your project.
